It’s that rare thing: Truth in advertising. This is the reviews section, where the good Doc offers his thoughts about fright films good, bad and ugly. All of the following reviews are bite-sized and spoiler-free, so feel free to put your feet up and stay awhile.

Note: Careful observers will undoubtedly notice that there are a number of “must-see” features that have not yet been put under the magnifying glass. Please know that I am aware of the regrettable holes and am working diligently to fill them in. I’ve seen close to 1,500 creature features, but have only recently started putting my Foolish thoughts into words. And wouldn’t you know it, those darn filmmakers just keep churning them out.
